God does not fit our mold. He is unique. What god (other than our own) is willing to become a servant? God loves the church, sees its faults, but loves her just the same - and gave himself for her. 

God is with us in our need. He validates John's message and identifies with us. 

Our king is humble, self-giving and kind. We should be the same way. Allow God to melt your heart and make you his servant.
