The Gospel

The Answer is Jesus

What is wrong with the world? What is wrong with us? These are questions we have heard and probably in moments of frustration; questions we've asked ourselves. Everywhere we look, we see strife in relationships. Many people turn to religion, but even religion has been the root of many issues and even violence. Most Governments and many households seem to be struggling with mounting debt that threatens to sink us. These social-economic problems pale in comparison to the environmental crisis unfolding on the small blue sphere we call earth--our home. What has happened?

The answers to these questions and many more lie with the greatest person who has ever lived, Jesus Christ. During his time, a great religious leader of the day came with lots of questions. Jesus got straight to the point by telling this man he needed to be born again; to experience a spiritual rebirth. The only way to begin fixing everything is to allow God to fix us first. This total 'do-over' is having our sins forgiven and taken away and then receiving the gift of God's Spirit to live in us. Jesus explained to Nicodemus how this do-over happens in John 3:16 "For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life". The world gets fixed one person at a time as each of us turns from 'not believing to believing in Jesus'.

Are you ready for your do-over?

How to know Jesus as Personal Saviour

It all begins with believing that God has given His Son whom we must receive by faith. To begin a new life with God here is what you might pray:

"O God, I believe that you sent your Son to deal with all my sins. Please forgive my sins on account of Jesus’ death on the cross. Receive me now as your child and fill me with the Holy Spirit so I can live a new life with you.  Amen!"

Next Steps

If you prayed to accept Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, the Bible says that you have become a son or daughter of God, and that you have been born again by the Holy Spirit (John 3:3-8).

It would be our pleasure to answer any questions you might have about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  You may still be on a journey to seek the truth about life, this world and God; and that's okay.  We encourage you to reach out; we'd love to hear from you.
