NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF MEMBERS
(For the Election of the Board of Directors, Peoples Church of Montreal)
In accordance with Article 8, Section 4 of the Constitution of The Peoples Church of Montreal, Please be advised that a Special Meeting of Members is being called by the Interim Board of Directors.
Date: Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Via Zoom (connection details will be provided prior to the meeting)
Purpose of the Meeting:
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to conduct the election of the Board of Directors.
The list of qualified nominees, as prepared by the Nomination Committee, will be posted visibly in the Church for the next two consecutive Sundays April 12 and April 19, 2026. The list will also be in the church bulletin on Saturdays April 11 and April 18, 2026.
Voting Process:
Voting will take place electronically during the meeting. Instructions for participation and voting will be provided to Members in advance.
Only the business stated in this notice shall be considered at this meeting.
