Jen will be presenting 3 messages, two in the morning and one in the afternoon.
The theme of these three messages will be “fruitful." It’s fruitful to abide in Jesus—only he can bear fruit in our lives (we can't conjure it up on our own!). It’s fruitful to grow in Jesus—he commands us to grow in him (such a privilege!). And our lives will be fruitful as we trust in him, share the gospel, and go out into our neighborhoods or the nations to multiply disciples. These messages build on one another. We must first have a relationship with the Lord, know who he is, know who we are, and fully trust him for our salvation and sanctification. But to follow Jesus is to take action and to commit to growing and seeking him. Finally, as we abide and as we grow, the inevitable fruit will be that we multiply—in our own homes, across the street, across the city, across the world.
