Honour God
'The God who holds your breath in his hands and who owns all your ways you have not honoured.'
- These are the words of the prophet Daniel to Belshazzar, the last king of Babylon. Note how Daniel describes God to the king who was both arrogant and blasphemous. God is the one who gave life to the king and was his rightful owner. This is true of all of us. We can see this as good news if we honour God by receiving His Son Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour who died for our sins and rose again from the dead. We grow in Him by reading Scripture, by praying, by worshiping together and relying on the Holy Spirit to live His life through us.
